Subscription and Payment
When you start a trial or subscribe to the SpeakX app, you agree to a monthly recurring fee.
- For Android users, the payment is automatically (autopay) deducted from your linked UPI account every month.
- For iOS users, the payment is managed through the Apple App Store using your Apple ID.
By starting a trial or subscription, you have authorized this automatic deduction. SpeakX cannot charge any amount without your clear consent.
Please note:
- Any extra fees charged by your bank or payment platform (such as transaction or currency conversion fees) are your responsibility.
- We recommend maintaining a sufficient balance to ensure uninterrupted access to SpeakX services.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- No Refund Policy: SpeakX follows a strict no refund policy. Any amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes trial, monthly, current, previous month, one time, quarter or yearly payments.
Once payment is made, SpeakX does not offer refunds for any reason, including non-usage or accidental renewals.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- For Android (UPI) users: Cancel directly through the Membership page in the SpeakX app or from your UPI/payment gateway app (e.g., PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm). Once canceled, no further charges will be deducted for the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription period.
- For iOS (App Store) users: SpeakX does not have access to manage your Apple billing. To cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, or open the App Store > Account > Subscriptions, and cancel SpeakX from there. Apple manages all payments and renewals made through the App Store.
